Host Home Survey

Hello! Thank you for taking this host home survey for Orchard Community, a Jesus-centered non-profit organization that empowers housing-insecure young adult man with lasting life skills towards adulthood.

We are exploring a host home program that will equip hosts who have an extra room in their home and who have a heart to provide housing for housing-insecure young adult men in their communities. Whether or not you want to be a host, we’d love your feedback to help us better understand the challenges and questions that potential hosts will have.

In this survey, “young adult man”, means a male who is 18-24 years old, and who is not your son by birth, adoption, or marriage.

This survey is for those who have an extra room in your home to host a young adult man (whether you want to host or not). We would love to hear your thoughts (hopes, fears, and everything in between) about hosting.

Your responses will be kept confidential. At the end of the survey, there will be opportunity to provide contact information if you’d like to hear more about our hosting program and if you’d like to join a focus group to provide more feedback in person.
